Marketing Strategist

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer behavior, competitor positioning, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Track key marketing performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities for brand expansion.
- Manage public relations initiatives to enhance corporate reputation.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing campaigns to improve performance metrics.
- Report to the CMO with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B industries.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Experience in content strategy and branding.
- Strong communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of customer behavior analysis and data-driven marketing.
