Investment Broker

- Identify and analyze investment opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop strategies to maximize returns for corporate clients and investors.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and venture capital firms.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on potential investment deals.
- Provide expert financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, and asset management.
- Prepare and present investment proposals with detailed market analysis.
- Monitor financial markets and economic trends that impact investment decisions.
- Negotiate deal structures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with legal and financial teams to finalize investment contracts.
- Deliver ongoing client support and manage investor portfolios.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of global financial markets and investment trends.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar investment deals.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Regulatory certifications (CFA, Series 7, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent risk assessment and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple investment portfolios.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing investments.
