International Sales Manager
📍 Vienna, Austria
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand Extreme Group’s reach in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, distributors, and corporate partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close large-scale deals to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product strategies.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and business networking events.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to set pricing strategies and manage profit margins.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations on sales performance to executive leadership.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in B2B industries.
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and managing global accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different cultural business practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in market expansion and international trade regulations.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
