Human Resources Director

- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier candidates.
- Design and execute training and professional development programs.
- Manage employee performance reviews and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Develop compensation and benefits packages that enhance employee retention.
- Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement programs.
- Address workplace disputes and implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to executive leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in HR software and workforce management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to foster a strong company culture.
