Digital Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Manage company branding online and ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- Optimize lead generation and conversion rates through data-driven marketing tactics.
- Oversee social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising efforts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Implement and refine customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ad spend.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices and algorithm changes.
