Corporate Partnerships Director
📍 Warsaw, Poland
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships with multinational corporations, government entities, and industry leaders.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that align with Extreme Group’s long-term business goals.
- Develop and manage joint venture agreements, sponsorship deals, and co-branding initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for key corporate partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
- Develop innovative programs to enhance corporate engagement and revenue generation.
- Lead partnership marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
- Provide insights and recommendations on emerging partnership trends and opportunities.
- Regularly report to senior leadership on partnership performance and strategic outcomes.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, or Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value partnership deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with multinational corporations and government organizations.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term partnership strategies.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of contract management.
- Experience in sponsorship marketing and brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks surrounding business partnerships.
- Multilingual candidates preferred, with fluency in English and another major business language.
