Business Development Executive

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Lead client negotiations and manage contract discussions.
- Develop and present business proposals to potential partners and investors.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.

- Report directly to senior management with detailed insights and growth strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and market analysis.
